The running track

Running is a highly effective, very popular exercise and six of our clubs have an indoor 200m 4 lane synthetic track so you can run in complete comfort, whatever the weather. All our tracks are flat with a high level of shock absorption and enable everyone, including people with a walking aid or disability to exercise safely.

Available at Bolton, Hull, Prenton, Preston, Teesside and Wilmslow clubs
